We are qualified to specify and design energy efficient pipework systems for your factory or workshop. Our installation engineers have many years’ experience in fitting traditional galvanised screwed & socketed steel, aluminium, rigid plastic and welded stainless steel compressed air ring mains. Customers should be aware that purchasing a correctly designed and installed system will increase air flow, reduce pressure drop and result in lower operating and energy costs.

R.E.P. Air Services recommends “EQO” Aluminium push in and lock pipework and fittings, for which we are a main Distributor. The system is quick to install (therefore reducing labour costs), has low friction internals which reduce pressure and energy loss, it allows for easy modifications later on as well as being colour coded, which makes for an aesthetically pleasing installation. We can also supply and fit TESEO, TRANSAIR, AIRNET, PREVOST, AEGNIP, JG (John Guest) and SPEEDFIT, where a customer has an existing system to extend.
